Since the state department issued "Plastic ban order", more and  more enterprises and shopping malls start to use non-woven bags instead of traditional paper bags and plastic shopping bag. However, in the actual process of production, ordinary non-woven bags have many disadvantages, mainly embodied in two aspects: the first one is the printing techniques on the surface is not fine enough to satisfy the top- rank client's need on advertisement promotion; the second one is its low durableness cannot bear some heavier goods consumer bought.

The above two disadvantages are caused not because of its own quality but because of the limitation of its printing. In the process of practical production, in order to satisfy customer's needs in these two aspects, we generally advise them to use the laminated PP ,namely, non-woven OPP colour bags. The method is very simple actually and you just need to cover a flat of environment-friendly OPP on the surface of non-woven bags. Some customers  worry that the reason for our choice of non-woven bags are regarding its reuse and if we use non-woven OPP full colour bags, do that mean we will return to the plastic bags? In fact, it is not necessary to worry about that because the OPP film is originally a good material to protect environment.

If the customer has high request on the printing , we can print the complicated patterns on the OPP film first and then cover it on the non-woven bags regarding on the coverd OPP film.

Meantime, because of the covered environment-friendly OPP film, the newly-produced non-woven bags is much more durable and this can satisfy consumers'need of carrying heavy goods. One point needed to pay attention to here is that you must finish the design work before you begin the production because of the high cost of plate making in the printing. Therefore, once we have finished the plate making and got the finished products, it will be very expensive and wasteful to change the pattern. That's because just a very small change needs to waste lots of printing plate with high producing expense.
