Investigation data shows large supermarkets consume about 20,000 plastic bags per day and annual consumption is as high as 7,000,000.Now these plastic bags will be replaced gradually by bags/non-woven bags/ recyclable bags and paper bags,and the plastic bags will be paid .

“This is big business opportunity  for us , our order quantity for non-woven bags rises by 20 percent and order quantity for other reusable bags rises as well”.Heguoqiang,the officer at Congwei electronic company which provides the supermarkets with packing materials told "the first finance daily".We estimate that we can provide every retailer with 300,000~400,000 reusable bags,and the quantity will rise as the government's policy of againsting plastic consumption implements . 

Except these shopping bags,many suppliers also focus on new product development.Some suppliers say,non-woven fabric is major product at present,but its depreciation cycle is short and profit is only 7%-8%,so they will develop canvas/oxford shopping bags , these products profit can be about 15%.

Besides packing industry,related industry is benefited as well,such as textile/process/ machine manufacture enterprises.Some experts say,because non-woven fabrics are recyclable the need of quantity of machine will rise sharply,some manufactures who used to produce oxford fabric machine now are turning to non-woven fabric machine development.Some experts say,recyclable products will be welcomed and the business is big,the business for this industry can reach RMB40,000,000,000 .

Although packing and recycle product's feature is seemed to be good,not every enterprise is excited,they say that the cost for non-woven fabric is rising,too, from RMB13,000/ton to 18,000/ton.
