There are two empty bags want to stand up, so they go to the God for help.The God say ,you have two ways to stand up,one is you are filled and the other is to wait until someone picks you up.Therefore,one bag chooses to the first way to fill itself so it stands up.The other chooses the second way to lie down to wait,it was long time until someone picks it up.The person finds the bag is empty and then throws it away.
